A Very Discriminatory Bill

Every person comes to life with a variable set of life conditions - it is a natural fact of life. To penalize those persons that have chronic health problems or disabilities or disabling conditions is the most unfair and punitive forms of coverage.
CDR is OPPOSED to this Bill

This Bill attempts to segregate the most ill from the general plan - potentially an act of discrimination.
